Sept vehicle sales increase from last year

September auto sales are up from a year ago. Sept 2009 was not a great calendar month for auto revenue. Cash for Clunkers ending led to a slump in automobile sales, just like the homeowner tax credit expired and home revenue dropped off. However, modest gains are realized since that time. Sept sales declined after a good August. The greatest gain in sales for the domestic brands was realized by Chrysler.

Since this past year, car revenue much better

Car revenue went down dramatically following the Cash for Clunkers program ended. The auto industry has been trying to climb out of its hole. It has been doing this for a year. The United States auto sales are starting to increase steadily since September 2009. Automotive News explains that there was a 29 percent increase in the automobile industry since this past year. Domestic auto firms realized great increases. There was a 40 percent increase in Ford alone. General Motors sales increased by 11 percent. Chrysler sales shot via the roof, as the business marked a 61 percent increase. Only Suzuki sold fewer cars over the this past year.

The calendar month reveals it being lower

This year showed a good increase. Of course, August is looking better than Sept was. Nobody is looking at getting auto loans when remembering they have to pay tuition for their children this month. Chrysler gained over the year however marked a less than 1 percent gain since August. In August, Ford did the best but only had a 2 percent bump to Sept. General Motors saw sales fall about 7 percent over the last month. The percentage Ford sold may be higher however General Motors really sold more cars. Cable News Network explains the outlook looks bad right now. Even so, vehicle industry experts are expecting the fourth quarter to look good.

Rebounding slowly however certainly

The car industry has especially hurt the economy lately. It is consumer spending which applies to vehicles directly. However, that is being resolved slowly however certainly.
